Prices:
All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of the order. The prices change continuously. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of the order if FEMIO.eu accepts the order. All prices are in euros and the price shown incl. 25% VAT.
Payment:
The account information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL) which only you and PBS can read. Thus, no one else sees or stores the information about you. When purchasing with a credit card, the amount is deducted from your account as soon as the item leaves FEMIO.eu.
We use the following payment options with cards ViSA//Elektron/MasterCard/Debit/Maestro/Anyday and Paypal. No hidden fees are charged
Delivery:
When you shop at FEMIO.eu, we offer free delivery to the mailbox on all orders.
We use DPD and can deliver throughout Europe. If you place an order before 12pm, we will send your package the same day, and you will therefore most likely receive your item within 1-5 working days.
Risk of accidental loss or damage:
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the ordered goods transfers to the buyer only when the goods are in the buyer's possession.
Complaint:
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
When shopping with us as a consumer, you are entitled to a 24-month complaint period. This means that, depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction. The complaint must be valid, and the defect should not be due to misuse or damage caused by improper handling. Our warranty does not cover water damage or physical damage.
You must submit your complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you file the complaint within two months of discovering the issue, it will always be considered timely.
If your complaint is valid, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Please ensure the item is returned in proper packaging and keep your shipping receipt so we can reimburse you for the return costs.

Right of return
As a consumer, you have a 60-day money back guarantee when you shop with us.
The return period expires 60 days after the day you received your item.
You must notify us within 60 days of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. The notice must be given by email: contact@FEMIO.eu or by telephone at or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of return.
Simply refusing to accept the item is not considered a valid return unless you notify us clearly at the same time.
Return
You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to return your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Condition of item when returning
You are only responsible for any reduction in the item's value that results from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product. In other words, you may test the product as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, we will consider it as used. In such cases, if you cancel the purchase, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's condition and resale value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid. However, if the item’s value has decreased due to your handling, the reduction will be deducted from the refund.
When you exercise your right of return, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for any extra costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when we received your notice to withdraw from the agreement.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless you have agreed to a different method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that you have returned it.
